Terms of service.

These terms cover using the ImPrint Studio website (imprint-order.com) and the ImPrint app. By using either, you agree to them. Buying something is also covered by our Terms & Conditions of sale.

Who we are

ImPrint Studio is a 3D design and production studio in Limassol, Cyprus. You can reach us on +357 96 143 669 (phone or WhatsApp).

Your account

  • You can use most of the site and app without an account.
  • If you make one, keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account.
  • You can delete your account at any time in the app (Account → Delete account) or by asking us.

Instant prices and AI features

  • Prices shown by the order page and the app are estimates worked out automatically from your file, including with the help of AI. We check every order, and if an estimate is clearly wrong we will contact you before printing.
  • Photo to 3D turns a photo into a model using an outside AI service. Only send photos you have the right to use. Generated models may not be exact.
  • The assistant answers general questions about the studio. Its answers are guidance, not a contract.

What you send us

  • When you upload a model, a photo or a description, you confirm you have the right to have it made, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
  • You keep ownership of your designs. You allow us to use them only to quote, make and deliver your order.
  • We will not make anything illegal, dangerous, or designed to hurt people, and may refuse any order.

Reviews

Every review is checked automatically before it appears. Reviews with swearing, sexual or 18+ content, insults, spam or someone's personal details are not published, and we remove any that are false or off-topic.

Our content

The site, the app, our product photos, designs and the ImPrint name and logo belong to ImPrint Studio. Please do not copy them without asking.

Availability

We work to keep the site and app running, but cannot promise they will always be available or free of errors. We may change features at any time.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law as a consumer. Apart from that, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from using the site or app.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continuing to use the site or app means you accept it.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
