Orders and quotes

• A quote or instant price is valid for 14 days unless we say otherwise.
• Your order is accepted once payment has gone through, or once we confirm a quote in writing.
• For custom work we may contact you if your file needs fixing or the material you chose is not suitable, before anything is printed.

Prices and payment

• Prices are in euro and include VAT where it applies. Delivery is shown before you pay.
• Payments are taken by SumUp, by card or Apple Pay. We never see or store your card details.
• Counter sales in the studio are paid in person by card or Tap to Pay.

Production and delivery

• Most orders are made within 10–48 hours of payment; larger runs take longer and we will tell you when.
• Delivery times from the courier are estimates. Risk passes to you once the parcel is delivered.
• You can follow your order in the ImPrint app or on the website with your order reference and email.

Custom-made items

Items printed to your own file, photo or description are made to your specification. Under EU consumer law the 14-day right to cancel does not apply to them once production has started. They are still covered if they arrive faulty or do not match what was agreed.

Shop products and returns

• You can return an unused shop product within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
• If anything arrives broken, wrong or not as described, tell us within 14 days through the Returns page — with a photo if you can — and we will replace it or refund you.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 days of us agreeing the return.

3D-printed parts

3D printing leaves small layer lines and minor variations in colour and finish. These are normal and are not faults. Printed parts are not certified for safety-critical, medical or food-contact use unless we agree that in writing.

Liability

Our liability for an order is limited to the price you paid for it, except where the law does not allow this limit. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
