Short version: we don’t track you, we don’t advertise to you, and we don’t sell or share your details with anyone. What we keep, we keep because the site needs it or because you asked us to make something.
What we store on your device
The site uses your browser’s local storage. No advertising or analytics cookies of any kind.
- Essential — your basket, whether you’re signed in, and an admin session if you’re on our team. Without these the site can’t work.
- Preferences — your language, theme and accent colour, so the site looks the same next time. Choose “Essential only” in the cookie notice and these are never written.
You can clear all of it at any time through your browser’s settings, or by choosing “Essential only”.
What we collect when you order
To quote and make something we need your name, a way to reach you (email, phone or WhatsApp), and a delivery address if we’re posting it. If you upload a 3D file we keep it while we work on your order.
We use these details only to do the job you asked for. We don’t add you to a mailing list unless you tick the box.
Who else sees it
Our order forms are delivered by Web3Forms, and site data is stored with JSONBin. Both act only as processors for us. Delivery companies get the address needed to bring you your parcel. Nobody else.
We don’t use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or social media trackers.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept while we may need them for warranty, reprints or accounting. Uploaded files are deleted once an order is finished, unless you ask us to keep them for a repeat run.
Your rights
Under GDPR you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Message us and we’ll do it — no forms, no fuss.
